This can be attributed to changing gender norms and the push for men to express their feelings and emotions more openly. To stop being soft, men can focus on building resilience, self-discipline, and mental toughness. This can be achieved through self-reflection, seeking support from trusted individuals, and engaging in activities that challenge and strengthen their physical and mental capabilities. Additionally, embracing vulnerability and seeking help when needed can also contribute to a healthier and more balanced sense of masculinity. **
